How it works
Post the game you’re short for, or say you’re free to play. Numbers only get swapped when both sides say yes.
For players
- Browse games without an account. You only need one to join, post or set alerts.
- Tap “I’m in” on a game. The organiser accepts, and then you can see each other’s number and first name.
- Set up an alert and we’ll shout when a game near you needs someone.
- You can also list yourself as a free agent, so organisers can invite you.
For organisers
- Post your game: format, venue, kick-off, spots and cost. It takes under a minute.
- We alert players nearby. Accept the ones you want, and swap numbers.
- Short for the opposition, or starting a new team? There’s a post for those too.
- You collect the money the same way you always have. It doesn’t go through us.
- After the game, you get a short “Did everyone show?” list. It stays private.
For venues
- Find your venue’s page and ask to claim it. We check each claim by hand.
- Once it’s yours, post any free slot with a price, the most players you can take and the fewest you need.
- Players join with no approval step, and you get the list.
Etiquette
- Turn up. Someone’s counting on you.
- Pay your share.
- Cancel early. If you can’t make it, say so as soon as you know, so the spot can go to someone else.
- Be sound.
If someone doesn’t show
Organisers can mark a no-show privately. Three in 90 days means you can’t join games for 30 days, and we’ll email you to say why. It’s never shown on anyone’s profile. What people do see is games played, games organised and when they joined.
