Questions

Is it free?

Yes. There’s no charge and no ads. You pay the organiser or the venue for the game, the same as ever. That money doesn’t go through us.

Do I need an account?

Only to act. You can browse games, players and venues without one. To post, join or set alerts, log in with Google, Apple or a link sent to your email. There are no passwords. You have to be 18 or over.

How do numbers get shared?

Not until both sides have agreed. You ask to join, the organiser accepts, and then you can each see the other’s first name and phone number, with a WhatsApp link. Venue slots have no approval step, so joining one swaps numbers with the venue straight away. Either of you can hide your number again at any time.

What if someone doesn’t show?

The organiser can mark it privately after the game. Three no-shows in 90 days means that player can’t join games for 30 days, and we’ll email to say why. If it’s wrong, they can tell us and a person will look at it. The count is never public.

Can I post for my league team?

Yes. Post “Player needed” when you’re short for a game, or “Opposition wanted” if you’re looking for a friendly or a league slot.

How do venues join?

Find your venue in the directory and ask to claim its page. We check each claim by hand. After that you can post free slots.

What if someone’s being a problem?

Use the report link and we’ll take a look. You can also block someone: you won’t see each other’s posts, and neither of you can send the other a request.

What do I do to stay safe?

Meet at the venue, tell someone where you’re going, and report anything off.
